Pope Bergoglio exercises "immediate control" over all Catholics?

VATICAN CITY (CNS) -- The leadership of the Order of Malta denied the legality of a Vatican investigation into the forced resignation of the group's former grand chancellor, but the commission established by Pope Francis said it "is completely legitimate and authorized" to investigate the matter and inform the pope.
According to one of the legal notes prepared for the commission, the pope's right to be informed of the circumstances surrounding the removal of Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager relates "to the authority he exercises directly and immediately over all baptized faithful, whether lay or clerical."

"Direct and immediate authority?" which Bergoglio possesses "over all baptised faithful?

What kind of clericalist, fascist idiot would actually write such preposterous thing to the any Catholic, group or individual without clarifying that it begins and ends with doctrine and discipline?

The matter with the Knights of Malta is administrative, not doctrinal. The Pope has no business interfering. Let Rome dare say that "we established" and approved Knight of Malta charter. Well, the Italian Republic approved the treaty creating the Vatican City State too.

Shall Italy revoke it?

For more on the Knights of Malta, I direct you to this essay by Dr. Roberto de Mattei, translated at The Eponymous Flower.

A reader has brought to my attention, this, from Denzinger:

If anyone thus speaks, that the Roman Pontiff has only the office of inspection or direction, but not the full and supreme power of jurisdiction over the universal Church, not only in things which pertain to faith and morals, but also in those which pertain to the discipline and government of the Church spread over the whole world; or, that he possesses only the more important parts, but not the whole plenitude of this supreme power; or that this power of his is not ordinary and immediate, or over the churches altogether and individually, and over the pastors and the faithful altogether and individually: let him be anathema.” (Denzinger 1831)

These malefactors are nothing more than a bunch of coprophiliacs in clerical dress, if you ask me.

"Anathema?" Yeah, right. They love the law, these Roman hypocrites - they interpret it for their friends and they apply it to their enemies when it suits them.

Gosh, and he was such a cute kid, too.

Most progressives are quite draconian in their treatment of those who object to the abuses they mete out.

Declaring authority over our property.
I hope you know this is exactly what is planned. The word "sharing" is very popular with Francis. We heard his claim that not sharing food, house and life with "refugees" is not Christian. The "elites" talk about abolition of private property in Davos, and in the UN, in line with Agenda 2030 (former Agenda 21). Last year I heard a report on CBC radio - our Canadian politicians, scientists, educators and media personalities talked about the coming end of private property: homes, cars, home appliances, clothes, toys. Everyone was clapping and celebrating the fact that the youth are all on board thanks to proper education. They called them agents of change, same thing Bergoglio has been known to call the young people. They are taught to correct their parents on their environmentally unfriendly habits. In November a whole day on CBC Radio seemed to have been devoted to educating us on the evils of home heating. An old lady called in and claimed that she uses warm sweaters instead.

One more thing - regarding our diets, our lords are investing heavily in research into replacing meat with bugs.

There is also the New Age organization connected to ascended masters and the coming of Lord Maitreya - Share International. I am sure Bergoglio is well acquainted with it.

I wish I was making this up.

of course he will claim what you own, take it, and 'redistribute it' to 'the poor'. This is part of the New Religion and NWO plan where the poor and charitable gestures factor prominently. Bergoglio is a major player in the NWO which needs a One World Pagan Religion to control the masses to accept the chip of the NWO. Of course the poor will not actually benefit in the slightest from any wealth that is being confiscated and redistributed.

Answer the COMPLETELY LEGITIMATE AND AUTHORIZED Dubia, Francis. Until you do...you have no credibility whatsoever and the Catholic faithful needs to shun you. Concern yourself with that and keep your nose out of the sovereign Catholic affairs of others.

I don'g believe that PF is a true pope. The manner in which he was elected, another pope still wearing papal regalia in the Vatican precincts, - the dormant half of an extended papacy which, in itself, is questionable as the papacy was always for life. The demonstrably improper way he conducts himself, his homilies that are full of vitriol, mainly directed at others but on examination really mirror his own character which he seems incapable of grasping. The Papal Office has been given over to a tyrannical NWO Marxist programme. It is no longer the Office of the Vicar of Christ, the upholder of the True Faith. The prophecy of St. Francis of Assisi about to popes, one not canonically elected & a destroyer, is being witnessed by the world.

Collectively, the Cardinals need to take the scales from their eyes & admit their mistake in electing him & find a way quickly to dispense with his services. Then PB should properly retire & leave the way open for a new conclave, this time around keeping to the rules laid out by JPII which were ignored last time.

I hope that the four Cardinals wont drag their feet on the formal correction which, at this stage, should be made publicly. The laity have been abused by PF & his cronies & many like myself don't accept him as a true pope irrespective of whether the people of Rome do or not. These norms will have to be changed & brought up to date.

Papal authority does not begin and end with doctrine; it also extends to government and discipline. I'm not sure what the limits on this discipline are though; I don't think the Pope has the right to command me to sell my house. I think that it only extends to ecclesiastical matters. I do not know whether or to what extent the Knights of Malta are an ecclesiastical society beholden to ecclesiastical law.

Yes Jack, you are correct, in "ecclesial matters." Doctrine, discipline and the like.

The statement made by Parolin is disgraceful, it insinuates beyond that. As for the Knights of Malta, the Pope has no authority to interfere with an administrative matter. Now, it true, the Knights Charter was a creation of the Holy See, one could argue, "well, we created you, we can end you." Good, try it. And where does the Holy See - The Vatican City State get its legal authority? From Italy! Shall Italy tear up the Treaty and claim back Vatican City because the Church refuses to prosecute paedophiles? Where does it end?

The Knights of Malta are Sovereign. If they are not, then neither is the Vatican City State.

Bergoglio and Parolin have bitten off more than they can chew.

In my opinion, Pope Francis is obviously not a good example to Catholics but, and most especially, to everyone else who may begin to think of him as the real Big Brother with pretensions to power. Very scary guy. Also, acting quite mad.

Note that St. Sister Faustina Kowalska noted in her diary that her worst day of suffering was the day that we now recognize as Bergoglio's birthday. St. Faustina suffered for priests.
Looks can and often are deceiving. Have no doubts that Satan is a master of this and his goal is to deceive every one of you.

The formal correction must come and soon. We are eagerly awaiting it. I have no doubt anymore that it will come, and I am comforted by the realization that at any given moment, they are meeting in Rome for the Four Cardinals to issue it in private. Then they will give him time to correct his "errors". He will not. Then, a public correction.
The Cardinals must be careful, not to bend over backward so as to try to appease this man. There is going to be no appeasing him at this point, and they may as well go for broke. I am sure the language will be gentle and appropriate to the dignity of the faith and all involved, but it will hopefully not be so weak and milque-toast that the faithful do not understand this historic nature of it nor the seriousness of the statement! It must be understood by the average Catholic, who must not suffer in ignorance because they cannot interpret between the lines. That would be thoroughly run over by Modernist "interpretations". No. This statement must leave no doubt as to who is corrected and WHY.
May God guide and protect the Four Cardinals and the Church.

Humorous when you consider that this is coming from the guy that wants to "de-centralize" decisions concerning matters of faith that have been taught for 2000 years.
